Educators need to seize the Pandemic as opportunity and prepare to advocate for all-encompassing change.

I think that we can all agree that Covid-19’s effect on K-12 education has been seismic. Paul Reville, founding director of the Harvard Graduate School of Education (HSGE) Redesign Lab refers to this as a “Sputnik Moment” and encourages educators to seize this opportunity and prepare to advocate for all-encompassing change.
In place of our traditional internships, Fall 2020 Otis College ACT Interns will partner with, Art’s Instructors and Academic Instructors from several schools, museums and ACT community partners, to Design Visually-based Digital Learning Objects that enhance the delivery of curriculum in a Covid-19 remote learning environment.
