Lucy and Jorge Orta Banquet Gallery Collaboration

Lucy + Jorge Orta's collaborative practice focuses on social and ecological issues.Partnering with the 2015 exhibition Food-Water-Life at the Otis College Ben Maltz Gallery, Neighborgapbridge designed 100 napkins, presented to guests at the beginning of this sustainability inspired banquet. The napkin numbering system disrupted traditional seating, by randomly assigning guests to sit with strangers, inviting new and unexpected conversations focused on sustainability building.
